Order to work as a reseller in multi-level marketing

There is a company called Power Eagle that sells things. And those who work in this company say that it is legitimate. Which works in more than 100 countries. Resellers get 30% of the profit for working as a reseller in it, that is, we. Yes and our salary too… is it permissible to work in this company? And to work in the company, it is necessary to buy something from this company first. Because I have heard that it is a sin to get paid for the resellers who join the company because of us. If so, can we earn our profit by working in the company without making resellers? Please guide…because I want to do this.

According to our knowledge, this is a form of multi-level marketing, according to the method of which many companies are working, it has many disadvantages and defects in Shari'ah. (e.g. cheating, making different matters subject to each other and other irregular terms)
At the same time, low-value items are sold at high prices, and a commission is fixed on it by making new members, and a profit is given on the purchase of these members, without any effort on the part of the member-maker.
Due to the above mentioned reasons, it is not permissible to become a member of a company and gain profit in different ways, it must be avoided.
However, if the basic business and business of the company is correct, then only the commission of the first level (i.e. making direct members) is permissible, the commission of the subsequent levels is not permissible. And if the basic matter or business of the company is not correct, then it is not permissible to include anyone in it and it is also not permissible to take his wages.
